The percentage dedicated to viticulture is by rather limited choice, considering the total of the territory owned. Avoiding soil consumption was also the main motive for the creation and choice of the location of the new and modern cellar, obtained by recovering a decadent factory, giving dignity to the landscape rather than reconstructing from scratch.

Classical Method Sparkling wine – Celebing 55

Initially created as a surprise for the 55th birthday of Renzo , the festive sparkling wine 55, has become a symbol of the company. Composed of 50% Chardonnay grapes and 50% pinot black and refined over 55 months the yeasts, it represents an elegant and complex bubble. From the epilogo and persistent Perlage, a straw yellow color with golden flashes exhibit quanto a the glass. The nose is intoxicated by persuasive perfumes of crust of bread and fruity effluvi of pear, which intertwine with hints of citrus fruits, including awards of grapefruit, quaderno of dried fruit and toasted barley with mineral touches. Freshness, flavor and structure merge with a long and balanced ending. Perfect for toasting special occasions, it is a classic method that celebrates tradition and innovation. White red – Chardonnay 2021

A refined white, the result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nitido. Iconic label of the company, red red represents the elegance and structure of a blend between Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A classic Bordeaux cut wine, quanto a which the Merlot maturity with the longevity of the Cabernet are integrated, of which two different vintages have been proposed quanto a tasting. 2017 and 2015 are expressed quanto a the chalice, arousing different organoleptic sensations, also the result of the weather conditions that characterized the two different vintages. Both present themselves both epilogo, large and complex, with good structure and great balance. The perfumes are elegant, large and complex. 2015 paradoxically expresses greater freshness, with more accentuated fruit quaderno than quanto a 2017. The ICON project was born quanto a 2015 from the need to express the most intimate identity of Diesel Farm through a special edition of the red historian red. It is a limited edition label (only 1000 bottles are produced), considered the of the range. For the realization of this wine, Diesel Farm has designed a micro-pricing path of Merlot’s vineyards, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, delimiting the most extreme portions, harvesting and selecting every single bunch by hand with the aim of isolating the most lean vines. This label is the result of a great experimentation work. The berries were inserted entire inside the barrique and let yourself be fermented spontaneously for a couple of months. A wine that offers a very different experience from red red, characterized by more velvety tannins with fresh fruit reverberations still quanto a evidence. Icon is produced by a rigorous selection of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, to which quanto a some years is added the Cabernet Sauvignon made with an innovative process of spontaneous fermentation quanto a barrique. It is a complex wine, deep, solemn and equipped with a strong personality. From the beautiful ruby -colored mantle with purple reflections, Icon killed the sense of smell with its intense aromas of red fruit, which intertwine with touches of spices and graphite.
