A conferenza between tradition and innovation

The fair does the right thing!, Now per mezzo di its 21st edition, represents an important opportunity to reflect food choices and their environmental impact. It will take place from 14 to 16 March at the new Belva Milano Rho headquarters, with free admission after registration the official website. This event aims to combine innovation and tradition, offering a space of debate and comparison crucial issues such as food sustainability and critical consumption.

The new thematic areas of the fair

This year, the fair is enriched with four new thematic areas: care and well -being, flavors and knowledge, culture and participation, and travel and fair of the great paths. These spaces will not only host sustainable products and services, but will also offer opportunities for conferenza and discussion. During the three days of the event, over 100 meetings dedicated to the world of school will take place, with the aim of raising awareness of the new generations sustainability issues.

The social value of bread

One of the most significant events will be the ritual of collective bakery, conducted by the master bakeryman Davide Longoni. This laboratory, gara open to all, aims to rediscover the social value of bread, a food that unites people beyond the differences. Craft beers and social projects

These initiatives ask fundamental questions about the future of our food system and the need for more sustainable models.

Rediscover tradition through innovation

Finally, the fair will host experts of experts such as Alberto Grandi, a historian of food, which he will invite you to reflect the border between tradition and innovation. Through the presentation of foods such as insects and carob, new food frontiers will be explored. Sopra addition, the researcher Giampiero Mazzocchi will tell his experience of bicycle travel among the Italian farms, highlighting the importance of reconnecting food, landscape and community.
