Sweden is one of the richest countries with a high regolare of living con the world. Sopra fact, Swedes love their territory and the products of local cuisine, with robust and tasty flavours. Cinnamon buns

Among the unmissable desserts to try at least once from the Swedish pastry shop are the Kanelbullar, tasty swirls that are eaten alongside a cup of coffee. These are exquisite rolls whose dough, soft and fragrant, is made with milk, yeast, butter, flour, sugar and salt; butter, sugar and cinnamon are the basis of the filling. A dolce so appreciated that it has a dedicated day, October 4th!

Butterkaka

Another typical Swedish dolce, equally tasty and simple, is Butterkaka, a cake made of small cinnamon rolls with almond paste and vanilla cream. The rolls are joined together to form a huge flower, and are served with vanilla and custard.

Buns

It is the Swedish winter dolce par excellence whose dough, soft and spicy, has the shape of a spiral. It is a cardamom-based dolce, richly filled with almond paste and covered with whipped cream. Semlor is the typical dolce of the Christmas and Easter holidays, also known as the Shrove Tuesday sweet.

Rhubarb cake

It is a cake made from rhubarb, a herbaceous plant that grows spontaneously con Sweden, whose very sweet taste of the campo da golf leaves contrasts with the bitter taste of the stems. Scented with cardamom and dusted with icing sugar, it is a simple dolce but with a particular taste and therefore either very loved very “hated”.
