Gratinated Squid and Shrimp with Vegetables

The gratinated squid and shrimp with vegetables is a second course of fish rich flavors and colors. Oven cooking will ensure lightness and give an irresistible crunchy crust, thanks to the pleasantly spiced breadcrumbs.
