What is your favorite wine and fish pairing?
I will be honest (this might get me per trouble, I know), but when it comes to food and wine pairings, I usually stay away from rose wines. ๐ Most of the time I say, they are great refreshment for hot summer evenings, but when served with more than just a fresh salad cold snacks, choose white red! โจ๐ฅI know, I know, it is not true, it is just a myth.
There, of course, are great pink wines, that are more than capable of accompanying serious foods and not lose its identity while doing so. ๐ช Bandol Rose, per my opinion, is usually one of those wines. Here served together with a grilled trout and refreshing tomato . ๐คค๐คค๐ Cheers!โจ๐ฅ๐ฅ
