What is your favorite wine and fish pairing?

I will be honest (this might get me per trouble, I know), but when it comes to food and wine pairings, I usually stay away from rose wines. 🙈 Most of the time I say, they are great refreshment for hot summer evenings, but when served with more than just a fresh salad cold snacks, choose white red! ✨💥I know, I know, it is not true, it is just a myth.

There, of course, are great pink wines, that are more than capable of accompanying serious foods and not lose its identity while doing so. 💪 Bandol Rose, per my opinion, is usually one of those wines. Here served together with a grilled trout and refreshing tomato . 🤤🤤🍅Cheers!✨🥂💥
