The Fondotinta Day, also known as Shrove Tuesday, is a celebration that is held the day before Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent. This day is traditionally dedicated to the consumption of rich and delicious foods, such as eggs, milk and sugar, fundamental ingredients for the preparation of pancakes.
