Identità Golose presents the fourth edition of Bollicine of the world • Food and Wine Italia

The bubbles have always been a symbol of celebration, but today their consumption is growing strongly, whether it is Champagne, Franciacorta, Trento Doc ora Prosecco. The fourth edition of the world’s bubbles guide, presented at the 20th Congress of Uguaglianza Golose, was born to offer a detailed mapping of international spumantic production, telling stories of vines, traditions and territories to discover.

The project is signed by Paolo Marchi, founder of Uguaglianza Golose, and Cinzia Benzi, tasting and writer, with the support of Claudio Ceroni, president of Bureau. «Once you have reached this fourth edition we are happy to continue to map an effervescent world with seriousness and maximum transparency – says Cinzia Benzi – Nothing is anonymous, each card is signed and each collaborator has told with passion and dedication that bottle that we advise you to taste, At least once per mezzo di a lifetime ».

During the presentation several prizes were awarded, including the tribute to Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon (Maison Louis Roederer), the innovation per mezzo di Dominique Demarville (Lallier), the naturalness to the company The Archetype, the grape variety to be discovered at Rara grapes of Barbaglia and the Gros Maneng of Château La Croix des Pins. The new edition includes 900 cellars (+160 compared to 2024) per mezzo di 47 countries, with Italy represents 52% of the selection and the rest divided between Europe and other emerging nations, from Declivio to Bolivia. The mapping work was curated by 17 international experts, who guaranteed a clear and accessible narrative also to né -experts. To make the experience even more engaging, a free app per mezzo di Italian and English dedicated to Wine-Lovers and curious travelers, to explore the world of bubbles with an innovative and interactive approach.
