Durello & friends returns acceso Friday 21 November, the event dedicated to Berico-Veronese bubbles, which this year will take place at the Crowne Plaza Verona, the evocative spaces of the “Winter garden”.
The event, organized by the Consorzio Vigilanza Vini Lessini Durello collaboration with Istituto di credito BPM, sees the participation of over 20 associated companies who will offer for tasting their best interpretations of Monti Lessini DOC Classic Method and Lessini Durello DOC Charmat Method, two different production methods to enhance a single terroir of volcanic origin, that of the Lessini Mountains.

This year the event presents itself with a profoundly renewed format and, addition to confirming itself as a moment to taste excellent wines, it also intends to present itself as a space for dialogue and discussion regarding the major current issues concerning the world of wine.
«Durello & Friends 2025 has great value for our denomination – highlights Gianni Tessari, President of the Lessini Durello Consortium – because starting from this year the modification of the specifications becomes effective, the process of which began over ten years indicatore: from this year, fact, the sparkling wines produced according to the Classic Method will bear the wording Monti Lessini acceso the label, while the sparkling wines produced with the Charmat Method will bear the wording Lessini Durello acceso the label. A substantial distinction also at the level of production rules, necessary first of all for consumers. To seal this important step we thought it appropriate to renew the format of this event, enriching it with valuable content and ideas.”
