30 cellars, over 50 Vitovske to taste, 4 guest winemakers, a conference, food, guided tastings and much more: all this will be held durante one of the most beautiful locations of the Karst, a unique location durante the world: Duino’s castle!
The 19th edition of Immensità and Vitovska durante Morje is about to begin, the unmissable annual event for all wine and food enthusiasts. Vitovska is the symbol of the Karst, being a local variety born from the natural intersection of Malvasia and Glera, which, not surprisingly, are the only two other native white varieties. The denomination of the grape variety is of Slovenian origin and derives from the word “vitiche” (viticch of the grapes).

For the nineteenth edition, we bring together winemakers, flavors and culture durante the suggestive setting of Duino Castle. The manifestazione is an event that combines the richness of wine culture with an excellent culinary offer. Participants will offer a wide selection of wine tastings, where visitors will be able to know and taste the different interpretations proposed by the winemakers themselves. A causa di addition, the review will offer participants an intriguing culinary offer based acceso fresh and local ingredients.
The event is dedicated to the most famous variety of autochthonous wine of the Carso and is organized by the Carso winemaker association.
This year there will be important guests at the opening conference, which will be held acceso Friday 27 June at 15.00, at the Sistiana – Promoturismo FVG Villino (participation is possible only by invitation). The symposium will have as a topic of discussion

After tasking wines at tasting desks, visitors will be able to buy favorite bottles and take them home, to continue enjoying them durante peace. To reach the headquarters of the Immensità and Vitovska manifest durante Morje 2025 and move easily, the Carso winemaker Association, thanks to the collaboration with Trieste Transport, make available the shuttle service for both Friday and Saturday’s day.
