Meat kebab: the original recipe to prepare it at home

Description

Kebab is a yummy specialized normal of Middle Eastern food, extensive and liked throughout the world for its extreme and hot flavour. There are numerous methods to prepare a great kebab: the basic component is Arabic bread comparable to a piadina, which is packed with roasted veal, lamb, chicken or turkey meat and seasoned with many spices. Whatever can be improved with veggies (onion, tomatoes, salad) and numerous kinds of sauces, consisting of tahini and yogurt tzatziki. Today we will discuss how to prepare kebab in your home, adhering to the initial dish as much as possible.

Active Ingredients

To prepare the meat:

200 g of thin pieces of veal;
200 g of thin pieces of chicken;
200 g of lamb pieces;
1 spoonful of blended spices and herbs;
1 spoon of lemon juice;
1 spoon of gewurztraminer vinegar;
2 spoons of additional virgin olive oil; salt and pepper to taste.

For the kebab:

4 sheets of Arabic bread;
1 pomodoro;
1 Red onion; tzatzki sauce to taste.

Directions

Cut the veal, turkey and lamb pieces into thin strips, then move them into a bowl and season them with an emulsion of oil, lemon and vinegar. Mix the meat, likewise including salt and pepper, cover the bowl with stick movie and location it in the fridge for 2-3 hours, so that the meat can marinade and acquire flavour. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, include the marinaded meat and season it with the mix of spices and fragrant herbs, blend it and leave it to brown for about 15 minutes. As quickly as the meat is well prepared, eliminate it from the heat and heat the Arabic bread. Things each kebab with the tzatziki sauce, thin rings of onion, diced tomato and meat. Roll the Arabic bread in such a method regarding confine the active ingredients inside, cover the kebab in foil to keep it warm and serve it.
