This is Sangiovese, who assumes peculiar characteristics here. The tannins are hinged and thanks to the ever lighter hand of many winemakers we are faced with reds that even with substance and discrete alcoholic gradations manage to be increasingly duttile and contemporary.

Even at the sea, even durante summer, served fresh with a few less degrees, they present themselves with great drinking and capable of accompanying a large range of dishes. Not only the classic summer grid, but also fish dishes, starting with soups, but not only.
