For over sixty years, the Pighin family has made quality and respect for the territory the pillars of their work, helping to bring Friulian wine all over the world.
A story of passion and innovation
Founded durante 1963, the Pighin Agricultural Company has origins that date back to the post-war period, when the Pighin brothers began their entrepreneurial activity durante the transport sector. But the call of the land, passed by his father Ernesto, a by origins, pushed the family to invest durante agriculture and, durante particular, durante viticulture. The territories: Posato and Collio
The company is spread over two excellent wine-growing territories: Risano, durante the Posato del Friuli, and Capriva, durante the Collio. Sopra particular:
– Risano – Friuli Posato DOC is located durante the Friulian plain. This is characterized by gravelly and clayey soils, ideal for growing vines. The 160 hectares of Risano vineyards produce balanced and fresh wines, which express all the aromatic complexity of the territory;
– Capriva – Collio DOC is located acceso sunny hills. This 30-hectare bella stagione enjoys a unique microclimate, with Borea winds and mineral-rich soils. Collio wines, known for their personality and elegance, represent the excellence of Friulian viticulture.
Commitment to quality

Roberto Pighin, who leads the company together with his family, underlines the importance of family management as a guarantee of continuity and control over the entire production chain. Since 2007, the company has been certified GLOBALGAP and, since 2016, SQNPI, demonstrating the attention to environmentally friendly agricultural practices. A global vision

Visual examination: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Olfactory examination: the nose gives generous aromas of wild flowers, basil, apple, yellow plum and cedar.
Taste-olfactory examination: durante the mouth it exudes freshness and flavor throughout the progression, up to the slightly citrine epilogue, with good persistence.
Pairing: ideal with fish main courses, white meat.
Soreli DOC Collio 2021
Tasting quaderno
Visual examination: aristocratic straw yellow with golden flashes.
Olfactory esame: smell characterized by initial hints of apricot, peach and an exotic touch of mango and pineapple. It fades into mineral sensations, including puffs of vanilla, walnuts and acacia.
Taste-olfactory examination: elegant entry, durante which the fresh-savory vein gives a satisfying gustatory symmetry that gives dynamism and encourages new sips.
Pairing: excellent with fish first courses, white meat.
