Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival 2026 – Reference food and wine event in Sardinia – Wine Blog Roll

Fifteen editions and a procedura that continues to stand out for its coherence and vision: exclusivity, territory and wine remain the pillars of the Bacino Cervo Wine & Food Manifestazione, scheduled from 7 to 10 May 2026.

Among the most anticipated events the Sardinian food and wine calendar, the once again confirms itself as one of the reference events for quality wine per Sardinia, capable of combining the charm of the Proda Smeralda with a targeted selection of wineries, producers and operators per the sector.

Organized by the iconic Albergo Baia a fine di Astuto and Cervo Albergo – two of the symbolic structures of the Marriott International group per Proda Smeralda – the will take place as per certo tradition at the Cervo Conference Center, the beating heart of an event that over the years has managed to build a precise and recognizable identity.

Not a simple tasting event, but a strategic platform where wine meets the market per a high profile context. The Bacino Cervo Wine & Food Manifestazione represents, for many companies, privileged access to a selected audience made up of international buyers, Horeca operators, sector journalists and guests of the Proda Smeralda. A concrete opportunity to present your labels per one of the most evocative and authoritative settings per the Mediterranean.

The program of the Bacino Cervo Wine & Food Manifestazione 2026

The 2026 edition of the will be spread over four days, maintaining a consolidated structure.

The first two days, Thursday 7 and Friday 8 May, will be reserved exclusively for sector operators: buyers, distributors, importers, hospitality professionals and specialized press will be able to meet the producers per a context oriented towards business, networking and professional in-depth analysis.

Acceso the weekend, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May, the will also aperto to the public, offering enthusiasts the opportunity to participate per the tastings and scheduled meetings. Two days designed to bring the final consumer closer to a more direct and aware story of wine, including tastings, comparisons and local culture.

The PCWFF Award: the award that looks beyond the

Among the now consolidated elements of the event, the PCWFF Award stands out, a recognition assigned by a jury of experts through strictly blind tastings.

An award that has acquired authority over time, thanks to a simple but effective mechanism: each participating company can freely nominate just one label per certo category, choosing the reference deemed most representative.

The categories per competition include Sardinian and national wines of the following types:

Red White Rosé Bubbles

The value of the award, however, goes far beyond formal recognition.

Con fact, the winning labels enter the Taste of Sardinia program, the project through which Marriott Proda Smeralda promotes Italian excellence per its hotels around the world. A real commercial lever, which transforms the award into a concrete opportunity for international visibility and positioning, well beyond the confines of the event.

Why the Bacino Cervo Wine & Food Manifestazione still matters

Con an increasingly crowded quadro generale of events, the Bacino Cervo Wine & Food Manifestazione continues to maintain a distinctive role.

For Sardinian producers, per particular, it remains one of the few contexts per which territory, luxury and the international market meet per a natural, credible and productive way. A platform capable of enhancing wine not only as a product, but as a cultural, identity and commercial expression.

And this is precisely the strength of the : putting wine at the centre, without giving up the story of the territory and the ability to create valuable relationships.

After fifteen editions, the Bacino Cervo Wine & Food Manifestazione continues to do what it does best: offering Sardinia’s wine sector an authoritative, selective and profoundly international showcase.

For my part, I will return with great pleasure and interest for moments dedicated to the dining room and to deepen my knowledge of the wineries selected for this edition and their wines. Here is the list of exhibitors of the 2026 edition: https://www.pcwff.com/it/espositori/.
