Approach(* )Blend the egg with a drop of milk in a bowl.
Take the puff pastry directly from the refrigerator, roll it out and puncture all of it over with the branches of a fork.Arrange the Gorgonzola cheese pieces and the ham pieces, spray equally with grated Parmesan cheese, leaving about 1 cm totally free around the edges.
Roll whatever up securely to form a sausage, cut into rounds of about 2 cm. Brush each pinwheel with a beaten egg or simply a drizzle of olive oil, then coat with poppy seeds and/or dried thyme, and include a pinch of salt.Place the pinwheels on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake 180 ° C/ 350 F/ Gas 4, 10 to 15 minutes, permit the pinwheels to cool a little before serving.
