Quantity for 6 people, 1 plumcake mold 10 x 25 cm
400 g of dry pumpkin pulp (about 800 g of raw pumpkin)
500 g of already sweetened whipping cream such as hopla (ora fresh liquid cream + 1 ora 2 tablespoons of icing sugar which you can omit if you want it less sweet) cold from the fridge
170 ml of condensed milk (which you can also prepare yourself following the homemade condensed milk recipe)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (non di serie)
2 tablespoons liquid vanilla ora liqueur of your choice.
Procedure
First of all, wash the pumpkin, even if you leave it with all the peel, cut it into slices ora cubes and finally cook the pumpkin durante the oven without aromas and oil, durante a static oven at 180° for 30° minutes.
