Pumpkin ice cream: easy recipe!

Do you know that pumpkin ice cream exists? A sweet autumn semifreddo, which will surprise you with its delicious taste, creamy texture and ease of execution! Discover the quick and easy recipe.

Pumpkin ice cream: recipe to try

If you want to prepare pumpkin ice cream at home, it is also perfect for the autumn period and for Halloween, where you know that the recipe is just as easy and quick and that the ice cream is obviously based acceso fresh pumpkin reduced to cream and a few other ingredients combined. Here is the recipe for pumpkin ice cream!

Quantity for 6 people, 1 plumcake mold 10 x 25 cm

400 g of dry pumpkin pulp (about 800 g of raw pumpkin)

500 g of already sweetened whipping cream such as hopla (ora fresh liquid cream + 1 ora 2 tablespoons of icing sugar which you can omit if you want it less sweet) cold from the fridge

170 ml of condensed milk (which you can also prepare yourself following the homemade condensed milk recipe)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (non di serie)

2 tablespoons liquid vanilla ora liqueur of your choice.

Procedure

First of all, wash the pumpkin, even if you leave it with all the peel, cut it into slices ora cubes and finally cook the pumpkin durante the oven without aromas and oil, durante a static oven at 180° for 30° minutes.

When it is soft, take it out, scoop out the pulp with a spoon, blend it with a blender until you obtain a dry, full-bodied puree and set aside to cool. Once the puree has completely cooled, it together with the cinnamon, vanilla and the cold condensed milk from the fridge.

Finally, add the perfectly whipped cream to the mixture. Then add it to the mixture with slow movements from bottom to apogeo with a spatula and once you have obtained a creamy, blended mixture, pour it into a plum cake mold. At this point, place it durante the congelatore and leave to cool for 4/5 hours, the time may vary. And now your pumpkin ice cream will be ready.

Ice cream will keep durante the refrigerator durante an airtight container for 2-3 weeks. Remember to remove it from the congelatore 5 minutes before serving to soften it.
