The Ghiga Enrico company is, as already mentioned, a jewel set the hills of Piedmont. The winery, located Castiglione Tinella, is the result of a passion that has been handed for generations, with roots dating back to the early 1970s.

After separating the skins, the must continues its transformation through malolactic fermentation and is subsequently decanted and left to mature steel tanks until March.
