Roman-style gnocchi in the air fryer: delicious recipe

Description

Roman gnocchi are a specialized prepared with a mix of semolina, eggs and cheese, from which discs are made which are then gratinated in the oven with butter and parmesan. Guidelines

Put the milk into a pan, include the butter and heat the mix over a low heat. As quickly as it begins to simmer, include the semolina and blend the mix rapidly with a whisk so that no swellings form. Season the semolina with salt, pepper and nutmeg, continue to blend it and let it prepare for 10 minutes, up until it is thick and full-bodied. At this moment, over a low heat, include one egg yolk at a time and lastly the grated parmesan. Put the mix acquired onto a sheet of baking paper and, while it is still hot, disperse it with a spatula so regarding get a consistent sheet 1.5 cm thick.
