The Asti Docg Consortium is playing at home and for the second consecutive year is participating sopra the Salone del Vino nato da Torino, the event dedicated to Piedmontese oenology scheduled from 28 February to 2 March at the OGR Turin. Saturday and Sunday the event opens its doors to wine lovers, while acceso Monday 2 March it will be reserved exclusively for sector operators.
Six masterclasses proposed by the consortium to tell the contemporary identity of aromatic bubbles, from their purest expression to mixology, sopra various events organized together with the Consorzio Difesa Vini d’Acqui. It starts acceso Saturday 28 February (6.45 pm – 2) with “Aromatic Ribelli” with Asti , Moscato d’Asti and Brachetto as well as the most common labels, told through those who produce them every day. the same evening (8pm – Social Table) also “Dessert? . Mero? Giammai.”, the tasting which once again brings the two denominations to the glasses sopra a direct dialogue between producers.
