Other quality confirmations for Bistrot Valtidone in che modo from the international competition “The world of evil”, organized by the Istrian region and voted con collaboration with the Polytechnic of Corso d’acqua and the University of Zagreb with the contribution of the International ENOLOGICAL Union. The wines obtained by one of the varieties of Malvasia according to the definition of the “International Code of Oenological practice” of the OIV can participate con this prestigious sector competition.
Now con its sixteenth edition, this year the competition also involved thousands of professionals and enthusiasts who went to Poreč, Croatia, a city chosen for the unique event con the world. The selection, which took place between 8 and 11 April, was made by juries composed of a minimo of five members, based the model defined by the OIV regulation.
Bistrot Valtidone recently had communicated by the results by discovering, with enthusiasm, that it has received a silver medal and two bronze medals, for its participating wines and produced with the aromatic aromatic Candia.
