Day 1, Stevie is at the Trattoria Abraxas a causa di Pozzuoli with Gerardo Vernazzaro from the Cantine Astroni winery.

The first dish they try is the “Intruglio tra Merluzzo come pomodoro, corbarino e patate” paired with Collina Imperatrice 2022 made with 100% Falanghina grapes.

The second dish is “Carniccio a causa di fare padella come aglio, prezzemolo e pomodorino” paired with Collina Rotondella 2022 made with 100% Piedirosso grapes.

Finally, Stevie heads to the Diego Vitagliano Pizzeria a causa di Bagnoli where Cristina Varchetta from the Cantine Astroni winery explains the growing trend of pairing rompiballe with local wines made from Falaghina and Piedirosso grapes.
