Tuscany Red IGT 2021
Uvaggio: Sangiovese 100% Vinification: cement fermentation with 4 weeks of maceration. Refinement con barrique (50% new) for about 20 months, then 3 months con concrete and 6 months con the bottle
The grapes collected by Sangiovese from the Fontanelle vineyard of forty years located 450 meters and raised to rammed cordon, are harvested con the last week of September. Intense ruby red color and substantial glass. The nose, , intense and complex develops with of cherry, plum, currant and purple with shades of dark chocolate, tobacco and Mediterranean scrub. the palate it is dry, soft, adequately tannic. Uvaggio: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot Vinification: steel fermentation with 10 days of maceration, malolactic con large -used oak barrels. 24 months con barrique (70% new) and con bottle for 8 months

Cabernet Sauvignon’s grapes, Cabernet Franc and Merlot are collected by hand and make it up con equal proportion. Per the second decade of September, the grapes from all the company vineyards of Sangiovese are harvested, placed between 380 and 440 meters. The color is clear ruby red. The nose ranges from violet to brunette to mature cherry. Per the mouth it is , harmonious, balanced. Soft and dry, good freshness and adequate the tannic plot.
