Volcán De Mi Tierra introduces the appealing La Paloma Diferente mixed drink, a genuine surge of spring tastes

Spring brings with it a re-flowering of colors and flavours, a minute in which nature itself appears to blow up in a symphony of freshness and vigor. In this context of renewal, Volcán De Mi Tierra, well-known for its 100% blue agave tequila that embodies Mexican credibility and custom, provides a special mixed drink that records the essence of the season: La Paloma Diferente.

Volcán De Mi Tierra: custom that reveals credibility

Based on the history of the Gallardo household and their century-old custom, Volcán De Mi Tierra represents the very best of Mexican land. Tequila, acquired from the purest and finest range of blue agave, stems from 2 unique terroirs: the Lowlands and the Highlands. This Blanco mix records the essence of both areas and mixes the herbaceous, citrus and spicy notes of the Lowlands with the fruity cherry and pear subtleties of the Highlands, producing a best balance of tastes that takes the taste buds on a journey through the valleys and the heights of Mexico.

La Paloma Diferente: a development of spring flavour

The La Paloma Diferente mixed drink, produced with 30ml of Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco, 10ml of ginger liqueur, 10ml of lime juice, 5ml of agave syrup and fresh pink grapefruit juice, embodies the essence of spring. Prepared straight in the highball glass, with the constructed method and served on the rocks, this mixed drink is an unified combination of freshness and intricacy of scents.

The preparation

Put the lime juice and agave syrup into the glass, include the Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco and top up with ice and pink grapefruit soda. Mix carefully and garnish with a piece of dehydrated pink grapefruit. It is an experience that includes all the senses, from odor to taste, transferring the taste buds on a sensorial journey through the tastes of conventional Mexican and the more vibrant among spring.

Volcán De Mi Tierra: union of custom and development

The trick of Volcán De Mi Tierra lies not just in its origin and the custom it brings with it, however likewise in the ingenious techniques it utilizes to develop a remarkable quality tequila. Through a mix of conventional and modern-day methods, Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco provides a special mix of terroir and procedures. From cooking in stone ovens to fermenting with natural yeasts, every action of the production procedure adds to producing a spirit that embodies the credibility of the Mexican land. Proceeding to aged tequilas, Volcán De Mi Tierra Reposado is the outcome of a mindful choice of agave coming 100% from the terroir of Los Altos, an area well-known for its volcanic soils which provide the tequila stylish, fruity and flower. After being distilled according to conventional Mexican techniques, this tequila is aged for 4 and a half months in European and American oak barrels, with a particularity: 50% of the time in each kind of wood. This mix of European and American oak offers the tequila a remarkable intricacy: from the preliminary tips of currants, red apple, pineapple and peaches, which show the qualities of the agave and the terroir from which it comes, we proceed to much deeper notes of nuts, honey and vanilla.

With La Paloma Diferente, Volcán De Mi Tierra commemorates the surge of spring tastes, using fans of taste a special experience that blends custom and development in every sip. It is a homage to the land, the history and the vigor of the season that manifests itself in a sexy and distinct mixed drink.
