There is one month left up until the 23rd edition of Anteprima Vini della Costa Toscana which on Sunday 17 and Monday 18 March will give the Genuine Collegio (Lucca) the cellars of that part of Tuscany that neglects the sea, from the province of Massa-Carrara to that of Grosseto, with their finest labels and productions. A two-day occasion, produced by Occasion Service Tuscany from a concept of the Grandi Cru association of the Tuscan Coast with the contribution of the North-West Tuscany Chamber of Commerce, which is focused on both the public of lovers and the world of experts and of catering and which, once again this year, is prepared to propose once again the union with Condi_Menti, the occasion within the occasion produced by chef Cristiano Tomei this year together with Foodmetti– Artisti delle table and Lucca Comics & Games.
What will come to life in the spaces of the Royal College, for that reason, is a genuine journey into white wines and food, in between sustainability, feelings, culture and sociology, which will include white wine, food and comics with tastings, visitors, conferences and, naturally, the chance to taste the developments produced by chef Tomei for Foodmetti.
And it is exactly from the partnership in between Foodmetti and Anteprima Vini that the concept of turning over the illustrator and designer Massimo Giacon with the production of the 2024 poster of the occasion was born. An expressive and pop image that the author discusses with these words: “when you create a poster you must, in an image, inform a little story.
