From a distillery sopra the heart of cognac, Yu Black Lemon is born, the first Japanese Gin of inspiration Made sopra France

Per the heart of the Chantente, the French region famous for cognac, a novelty was born destined to conquer bartenders and gin enthusiasts: Yu Black Lemon, the first artisan Gin signed Spiritique, a young independent distillery that makes creativity and craftsmanship its distinctive features. Distributed exclusively for Italy by Rinaldi 1957, it presents itself as a real bridge between East and West, with a recipe that merges Japanese inspirations and French Savoir-Faires.

The Yuzu sopra the center: a rare citrus fruit, a unique olfactory signature

At the supporto of Yu Black Lemon there is an ingredient that is increasingly fascinating the world of gastronomy and mixology: the Yuzu, the Japanese citrus with an unmistakable aromatic profile, capable of combining citrus freshness, herbaceous taccuino and exotic shades. Difficult to work, however, Yuzu is full of sensory potential.

To complete the recipe, an accurate selection of rare and intense botanists: black lemon, juniper, coriander, cardamom, bitter orange, licorice, Sichuan pepper and São Tomé pepper. A balanced but surprising set, which gives life to a modern distillate, fresh and complex, with a gradation of 43%, perfect for both the purity tasting and sopra missaggio.

Yu Black Lemon

Tasting taccuino

Yu Black Lemon is the result of a precision and passion work. The botanists are made slowly macerating sopra high quality neutral alcohol, then they are carefully distilled to preserve the finer aromas and, finally, mixed with Yuzu’s aromatic supporto. The process guarantees a coherent and multifaceted organoleptic profile, designed to satisfy Bartender sopra search of new creative frontiers. The of the bottle is also an integral part of the experience: it recalls the aesthetic of the Japanese Zen gardens, evoking balance and freshness.

Olfactive exam: spicy sense of smell, set to taccuino of juniper berry that complete acceso a resin balsamic air.

-olfactory exam: satisfying sip for freshness, taste and persistence, which brings to mind clearly spiced and citrus aromas.

Pairing: excellent both sopra purity and sopra missaggio.
