The new dealculated sparkling wine of the Zaccagnini cellar is produced by a careful selection of white grapes, vinified and then subjected to a vacuum dealculation process. The method, divided into two phases, allows you to preserve the more aromas and return them intact to the wine. The result is a bubble alcohol, capable of preserving the organoleptic profile of the starting wine.
