🌾 500 g 00 flour
🍷 180 g white wine
🫒 110 g extra virgin olive oil
🧂 10 g sea salt
🌿 Non di serie: fennel seeds, chili flakes, rosemary

2. Add white wine and EVOO. until the dough comes together.🍷🫒
3. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth, then let rest for 10-15 minutes.⏲️
4. Cut dough into small pieces, roll into rings, and seal the ends.🔪
5. Boil the taralli until they float. Drain acceso a towel.💧
6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.🔥
