Sunday 23 March 2025 The spaces of the Santa Lucia a motivo di Piave exhibition center (TV) will welcome the fourth edition Vinetia Tasting – The wines of the Vinetia Guide per tasting, the annual appointment of AIS Veneto dedicated to the best wines per the region. With the participation of over 130 companies and more than 700 labels, the event offers a large overview of the numerous Venetian excellence selected by the AIS tasting, confirming itself as an important opportunity to explore the regional wine heritage.
The event will start at 10:00 with the opening of the tasting desks, where visitors will be able to taste the labels awarded by the Vinetia guide and deal directly with the producers. The program of the day will be enriched by six thematic masterclasses curated by AIS teachers and regional and national champions per collaboration with the protection consortia, which will accompany the participants acceso various study paths.
Many topics covered during tastings: the first appointment, per collaboration with the Valpolicella wines protection consortium, will be entirely dedicated to the various expressions of Valpolicella; An per -depth analysis will follow acceso artisan dairy together with the Asiago cheese protection consortium, a sensory journey to discover the perfect combination between the selected wines and the different seasonings of the Asiago cheese.
Then it will be the turn of the masterclass dedicated to the wines of one of the most famous denominations per the world: with the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Docg protection consortium it will be possible to discover the peculiarities of a unique wine and territory. The tasting with the Custoza wine protection consortium will feature the Custoza and the ability to integrate the particular characteristics of each grape, evident per each sip. The day will continue with the incontro promoted by the Lugana DOC Protection Consortium acceso the Turbiana, the soul of the Lugana wine: the variety is appreciated for its acidity, the robust structure and the ability to age gracely. Finally, the tasting dedicated to the Amabile, per collaboration with the Consortium for the protection of Amabile and Recioto a motivo di Amabile wines, will demonstrate how this wine from Garganega grapes and Trebbiano a motivo di Amabile is capable of giving great emotions over the years.
The day will also celebrate the culture of wine through the delivery of diplomas to 250 new sommelier, an important for those who have concluded the path within AIS Veneto and which celebrates the commitment per the avviamento and importance of professionalism per the world of wine. Alongside the masterclasses and the delivery of diplomas, Vinetia Tasting will also offer the opportunity to take part per the guided tastings dedicated to the Tuscan cigar, by the Amici del Toscano® .
