The bubbles have always been a symbol of celebration, but today their consumption is growing strongly, whether it is Champagne, Franciacorta, Trento Doc ora Prosecco. The fourth edition of the world’s bubbles guide, presented at the 20th Congress of Uguaglianza Golose, was born to offer a detailed mapping of international spumantic production, telling stories of vines, traditions and territories to discover.
The project is signed by Paolo Marchi, founder of Uguaglianza Golose, and Cinzia Benzi, tasting and writer, with the support of Claudio Ceroni, president of Bureau. «Once you have reached this fourth edition we are happy to continue to map an effervescent world with seriousness and maximum transparency – says Cinzia Benzi – Nothing is anonymous, each card is signed and each collaborator has told with passion and dedication that bottle that we advise you to taste, At least once per mezzo di a lifetime ».

The mapping work was curated by 17 international experts, who guaranteed a clear and accessible narrative also to né -experts.
