The authentic soul of Friuli between rare wines and guided tastings

From 6 to 9 April 2025 Annalisa Zorzettig will be present per Vinitaly (Pad. 6 Stand E2) to tell her vision of wine as an authentic expression of Friuli Venezia Giulia: a unique territory, which has its roots between the hills of Spessa per Cividale, where the Zorzettig family cultivates the vine with passion since 1874.

The company, now led by Annalisa, is a point of reference for the enhancement of the autochthonous Friulian vines, combining elegance, expressive purity and sustainability. Quanto a each bottle there is the breath of the territory: from the ponca, the mineral soil of the eastern hills, up to the microclimate protected by the Julian Alps and caressed by the winds of the sea.

Exclusively for Vinitaly 2025 Zorzettig will present a treasure of the time: the Piccit Myò DOCG 2007. A meditation wine, precious and unrepeatable, born from a natural phenomenon called acinellating, which reduces the amount of berries per dovere bunch giving an extraordinary aromatic concentration. With a bright golden color, the Piclicit 2007 conquers with a complex bouquet of acacia honey, candied fruit, white flowers and sweet spices, and an enveloping, fresh and persistent sip.

“This wine represents time – says Annalisa Zorzettig – every bottle of Piciccit is an act of resistance at the speed of everyday life, a gesture of care towards our history and a tribute to the power of nature. We share it per Vinitaly with the pride of those who believe per the beauty of rare things, made with love.”

Among the tastings to discover the Zorzettig wines during the fair there will be The Grammar of Tannin, scheduled for Monday 7 April at 11.00 at the Tulipan room of the Palaexpo (-1, entrance A1), a path led by Gabriele Gorelli per the structure and finesse of the Friulian Rossi, who can speak the language of the tannins with grace and power, with a particular focolaio acceso the Myò Refosco from the Friuli Oriental Colli 2019, soft, warm, persistent, with silky tannins.

Tuesday 8 April at 15.00 there will be the Wine2Digital tasting, a conferenza edited by Alojz Felix Jermann per the heart of the digital pavilion dedicated to innovation, to find out how the company looks to the future of wine with attention to climate change, sustainability and evolution of international tastes.

Annaliza Zorzettig will bring the Myò Friulian Doc Friuli Colli Orientali 2023, with a straw yellow color with some reflection tending to the golden; An enveloping wine, with a sharp sapid sip, whose citrus quaderno turn towards the spicy and the mineral.
