Paestum Wine Fest, “Men à la carte”: journey between flavors, characters and irony

Among the most sparkling moments of the Paestum Wine Fest, I will be happy and pleased to present “Men à la Carte”, the new book by Francesca Negri and Anna Mazzotti, two authors who have been able to transform life experiences, meetings and feelings into a real literary “lista” to be enjoyed per mezzo di one breath.

I read it with great curiosity and I can say that it conquered me immediately: ironic, brilliant, deep without ever becoming heavy.

Page after page, Francesca and Anna bring us to their personal restaurant of emotions, where every man becomes a dish to be savored, evaluating, telling … ora sometimes leave the “lost opportunities” per mezzo di the lista.

With a sliding style and full of verve, they tell stories per mezzo di which it is impossible not to recognize themselves. And I confess, with an amused smile, that per mezzo di some passages I also sympathetically found myself: a sign that the irony of the book strikes per mezzo di the sign, with affection and intelligence.

“Men à la carte” is a journey between flavors and characters: from the “crudité” to the “spicy dish”, from “enters fascinating” to the “sweet dolce”. Each conferenza is told lightly, self -irony and a lucid aspetto at the thousand shades of human relationships.

It is a book that makes you smile, reflect and – above all – reconcile with the giudizio that even the finished, ora wrong stories are part of the beauty of life.

The presentation will be a special occasion: we will dialogue together with Francesca and Anna, between lived life stories, funny anecdotes and food for thought, toasting the lightness, irony and strength of the authentic narrative.
