Zaccagnini launches the first dealculated sparkling wine of the Tralcetto line

Zaccagnini expands the Tralcetto line with a novelty: dealcked sparkling wine track, the first -alcohol sparkling wine signed by the cellar. Previewed quanto a Vinitaly 2025, the new product was created to respond to the evolution of consumption, offering a contemporary, inclusive and conscious alternative.

After the success of wine dealculated white wine and a red dealculated wine branch, launched quanto a 2024, the line is enriched with an alcohol-free bubble. A natural step for a reality that, today part of the Argea group, continues to stand out for the innovative spirit and the ability to combine territorial roots and avant -garde technologies. The new dealculated sparkling wine of the Zaccagnini cellar is produced by a careful selection of white grapes, vinified and then subjected to a vacuum dealculation process. The method, divided into two phases, allows you to preserve the more aromas and return them intact to the wine. The result is a bubble alcohol, capable of preserving the organoleptic profile of the starting wine.

Flooring dealculated sparkling wine: fresh, elegant, brilliant incivoVopathine, with a fragrant bouquet with of yellow pulp fruit and floral shades, this dealculated wine surprises for its harmony and liveliness. Ideal for an aperitif to be shared at any time, it is designed for those who want an alcohol-free alternative without renouncing the pleasure of a convivial toast.

Since 1978 Zaccagnini tells Abruzzo by intertwining art, territory and wine. With this new sparkling wine, the cellar reaffirms its pioneering spirit and the desire to innovate the culture of drinking, bringing to the market a contemporary product, responsible and capable of speaking to new generations of consumers.
