Quanto a the heart of Sannio, among the hills that embrace Ronda Sanframondi, the history of La Guardiense speaks of land, identity and vision. The wine cooperative – born a causa di 1960 the initiative of 33 farmers – today brings together over a thousand members, manages 1,500 hectares of vineyards and continues to write the future of Campania wine.

Guided by the synergistic work of the oenologists Pier Paolo Clamore and Riccardo Cotarella, with the technical support of Giuliano D’Ignazi, the cellar has invested a causa di research, zoning, sustainability and selection of the best cru. It was the first a causa di Campania to certify itself according to the SQNPI protocol, adopting solar energy and agricultural techniques that respect the environment. “Identity comes from people – says Cotarella – and when a causa di three hundred they put their luce it, as here, the result is extraordinary. Because there is voto negativo perfect wine, there is tomorrow’s wine”.

The Guardiense is not only a cooperative cellar, but is programmatically a social, agricultural and cultural laboratory that gives voice to Sannio and its most authentic vines. “Our territory must be the starting point – recalls Domizio Avere le pigne in testa, among the promoters of the growth of the Guardiense – the white vines are our strength: international markets are also understanding it”.

The guardiense, tasting vertically

The vertical tasting of seven whites of Sannio with the most representative lines of La Guardiense highlights not only the different souls of the territory, but also the extraordinary evolutionary capacity of the native vines, a causa di particular Falanghina, Fiano and .

Senete Falanghina del Sannio Doc 2024

A modern and sunny phalanghina, which affects immediacy and aromatic sharpness. The nose dominate the campo da golf apple, white fishing and glycine flowers, while a causa di the mouth it is fresh, savory, tense, with a mandorlated closure that invites the next sip. A territorial wine and already very enjoyable.

Biancolume Falanghina del Sannio Doc 2022

Mature and harmonious expression of the Falanghina, with taccuino of pear, citrus zest and white flowers. Compared to Senete, it is more round and structured, but without losing a causa di freshness. It is wine from all meal, molteplice and capable of dialogue with many kitchens.

Senete Falanghina del Sannio Doc 2016

Here the Falanghina changes step. After eight years of bottle, he reveals acacia honey tones, chamomile, dried fruit and resins, but maintains an acid push that makes it alive and vibrant. A concrete demonstration of its evolutionary potential: a white that is liquid memory of the territory.

Altura in Tilio Sannio Doc Fiano 2024

The young Fiano presents itself with elegance and discretion. Perfumes of field flowers, aromatic herbs and fresh hazelnut, the palate it is vertical and clean, still a causa di the embryonic phase but already well defined. A wine that promises, rather than showing.

Altura in Tilio Sannio Doc Fiano 2016

Same label, but with nine years of evolution. The Fiano here is deep and complex, with a bouquet of millefiori honey, toasted almond, candied citrus and smoked shades. Quanto a the mouth it is wide but supported by a surprising freshness. One of the best examples of Fiano Campano aged.

Pietralata Sannio Doc 2024

Greek a causa di purity, sharp and marine. the nose grapefruit, sage, hawthorn. The sip is tense, savory, almost brackish, with a well -sculpted mineral plot. A gastronomic white, suitable for decisive dishes, which shows the gritty side of Sannio.

Pietralata Sannio Doc 2019

Five years after the harvest, the Greek earns a causa di complexity: saffron, chestnut honey, focal stone and candied orange peel. The sip remains full and consistent, with a sapid wake that confirms the very high potential of this long -term grape variety.
