The Morellino che Scansano, thanks to his surprising versatility, becomes the protagonist of the summer, capable of leaving the traditional glass and simposio the world of mixology with elegance, authenticity and freshness. Three author’s cocktails – Rewine and Morellino Carousel designed by Bartender Julian Biondi and House of Moris by Andrea Picci per collaboration with the Moris Farm company – tell a new perspective of this Sangiovese of the Tuscan coast, making it interpreter of a summer season full of style and innovation.

Rewine, conceived by the Florentine bartender Julian Biondi, is a tribute to the most important structure of Morellino, per its reserve type. The depth of the wine is combined with whiskey and angosting, creating an elegant and at the same time accessible cocktail-party, which finds its strength per the possibility of being proposed with ease per different contexts, both per summer and per the colder months. It is served, instead of per the traditional cocktail-party cup, per a low tumbler glass with a single ice cube, and garnished with a marasca cherry. The result is a ricevimento of great balance, capable of highlighting the gastronomic vocation of Morellino even outside the traditional tables.
A causa di Morellino Carousel Julian Biondi is inspired by the carousel of alcohol, provocative and visionary recipe of Italian futurism. This cocktail-party maintains the beating beating as a beating heart, building around it a structure made of cordial to the bitter and red fruits and a touch of gazosa. The result is a surprising ricevimento for balance and complexity, with a contained gradation and a personality that makes it perfect for an original summer aperitif, but rooted per a precise and conscious cultural vision.
Finally House of Moris was born from the creativity of the barman Andrea Picci per making the freshness of the lemon juice meet, the aromatic quaderno of the rosemary syrup and the elegance of Gin Moris Farm. Morellino is added to the surface as a final touch, enhancing the profile of the ricevimento and maintaining its identity. A sprig of rosemary completes the olfactory experience, evoking the Mediterranean landscape of the coast. It is a cocktail-party that speaks of territory but with a young and international language, designed for those who love freshness and do not give up the character.
The simposio between wine and cocktails thus becomes an opportunity to tell a constantly evolving name, ready to get out of the usual communication channels to conquer a new, transversal and curious audience.
