The Fair of Oriente 2025 is preparing to give the public a unique experience, con which wine, food and culture intertwine con an extraordinary schedule.

Vinoway, con collaboration with Oriente Cooking, will be present inside Pavilion 19 to create Masterclass, interviews, talk and exclusive presentations, capable of telling the soul of Italian wine and its protagonists.

Masterclass:

Saturday 13 September, 18:00 and 19:00 – Consortium for the protection of the primitive of Manduria, led by Davide Gangi and Antonio Scarigna. Thursday 18 September, 17:00 – Salice Salentino – Rosati Consortium, edited by Davide Gangi and Antonio Scarigna. Sunday 21 September, 1:00 pm – Consortium for the protection of the primitive of Manduria, led by Davide Gangi and Antonio Scarigna.

Talks and comparisons

Sunday 21 September, 11:00 am – “Harvest 2025: the Puglia of wine between challenges and global opportunities” with Favola Pastorelli, Eccelso Tripaldi and Leonardo Palumbo, moderated by Davide Gangi. Sunday 21 September, 3:00 pm – “The taste of ideas”: Tommaso Venerato interviews Davide Gangi.

Presentations and innovation

Friday 19 September, 18:00 – Presentation of the book “Enoturismo 4.0 – The digital evolution” by Sen. Dario Stefàno, with tasting of the wine heel wine. Sunday 21 September, 17:00 – Presentation of agrivoltaic wines with Antonio Scarigna.

Saturday 13 September, 5:00 pm – Interview with Oscurità Garofano, winemaker of the Obsoleto Palmento company. Thursday 18 September, 19:00 – Interview with Beppe Per mezzo di Maria of the Carvinea company with tasting of the wine Otto. Friday 19 September, 19:00 – Interview with Augusta Iannini, owner of the Vespa Vignaioli company for passion, with tasting of the Women’s Women’s wine. Sunday 21 September, 18:00 – Interview with Piernicola Leone De Castris to celebrate the 100 years of bottling of the historic Salento company.

Other activities: Cooking and Cake Show

Quanto a addition to the Panzesto Vinoway, Oriente Cooking will offer a rich cooking show and cake show calendar, with chefs and Pastry Chefs of great prestige.
