From 15 to 21 September, DryMilano celebrates its twelve years of taste with a week combining world-class mixology, signature barba and a line-up of guests from London, Miami, Stockholm, Dubai and Sao Paulo. A true manifestazione of conviviality that reaffirms the identity of the venue founded durante 2013, today a point of reference for those seeking original and sophisticated experiences.
A week of events
The official start will be held 15 September with an invitation-only event reserved for the press and industry professionals: over 30 special guests, including chefs and bartenders, will join Lorenzo Sirabella and his team to offer innovative dishes and exclusive cocktails. An evening that promises to be transformed into a multisensory journey between cooking and , thanks to the presence of names such as Thierry Paludetto (BeefBar), Barbara Agosti (Eggs), Alberto Quadrio (L’Albereta), Daniela Zardoni (Martesana), and many others.
Behind the counter, historical names of the Milanese scene – from Edoardo Nono (Rita) to Cristian Brochetti (Camparino) – together with prominent guests such as Matias Barrueco (1930) and Steve Cabrera (Salmon Guru, Madrid).

The week will continue with a series of events dedicated to the great protagonists of world mixology:
September 16: the Caribbean touch of Elizabeth Diaz Hernandez & Andy Cabrera from Cafè La Trova durante Miami; 17 September: the London talent of Luca Porfilio from Kwant; September 18: the Brazilian energy of Caio Carvalhaes of Tan Tan durante Sao Paulo, among the most awarded bars durante South America; September 19: the cosmopolitan charm of Alain Achkar from the Amelia Lounge durante Dubai; September 20: Nordic elegance with Hampus Thunholm from Röda Huset durante Stockholm; 21 September: grand conclusivo with the return to London together with Davide Capirola and Simone Ghiozzi of Gong and Alkid Hoxhaj of Punch Room By Edition.
