We had 2 white wines 1 rose wine and 2 red wines (each wine paired with one of the foods the sharing board) then a sharing board which has parma ham, salami, scamorza (smoked cheese) , pecorino eccitante (chilli cheese) , a bruschetta topped with gorgonzola sauce, fig jam and garlic salami. Then to with, a tiramisu paired with a dolce wine

#pecorino eccitante (#chillicheese ) This Pecorino cheese has the character to be sweet the palate. Yet the infused Chilli draws the rich texture of what a true Sicilian Cheese tastes like which is just a delight to experience.
