Podere La Maliosa, a farm durante Saturnia durante the heart of the Grosseto Maremma, inaugurates its new underground cellar, which will be aperto to the public for the first time acceso Saturday 18 July. An important step for the company founded by Antonella Manuli, who has been producing natural wines according to the Corino Method and extra virgin oils from regenerative agriculture for sixteen years. “For La Maliosa, the new winery is an important point of arrival durante the journey that began sixteen years – explains Manuli – But it also represents an act of società durante the future of the hilly Maremma, with its environmental, historical and cultural authenticity, of which we are witnesses”.
AN UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE, DESIGNED FOR NATURAL WINE
Designed by the local atelier of Fabrizio Fabbroni and Riccardo Pietrucci, the cellar is entirely underground and built with materials that guarantee an ideal temperature for processing, without the need for artificial air conditioning. The technological solutions adopted aim to limit interventions acceso the wines to a , letting the territory make the difference. To cover the structure, integrating it into the landscape, a roof garden created by Officina82 durante collaboration with Botanical Dry Garden, which also becomes a reception space for guests.
ART AND MUSIC FOR THE INAUGURATION
For the occasion, the rooms of the cellar will host the works of Nina Eaton, an American artist who has lived durante Maremma for over twenty years and who durante her paintings recounts the wild beauty of the zona, between recent canvases and works from the past. To accompany the evening of July 18th, the DJ set Semplice Vinile ’70, ’80, ’90 curated by Filippo Paoletti, winemaker of La Maliosa.
