The Lungoparma brand name grows and establishes within the Gandolfi Group, a leading business in the canned food sector for over a century. Following the acquisition of the ancient Parma white wine consortium 3 years earlier, it likewise took control of the Lungoparma brand name.

Grape range: Malvasia di Candia

Wine making: harvest in 2 stages, soft pushing and fermentation in steel. Aging partially in steel and partially in barrique

An early harvest, a late harvest, light pushing and managed temperature level fermentation. A white to consume when young however likewise after a number of years of bottle ageing. From a choice of the earliest vines of the Emilian custom, this red white wine is acquired from overripe grapes gathered in November. Of a stunning, extreme and vibrant ruby colour, it gives off blackberry and blackcurrant, ripe red fruits, candied blood orange, sweet spices, vanilla and cocoa. In the mouth it is complete, robust, soft, great and simple to consume. Unified and well balanced. He has years ahead of him before reaching complete maturity. Suitable paired with roasts, grilled red meat, fully grown cheeses however likewise chocolate-based desserts of a specific consistency.
