To make it richer and fuller-bodied, we choose to utilize mixed fresh pineapple, a little technique that will make your beverage better! The Piña Colada is a summertime and flexible mixed drink, appropriate for a thousand celebrations, from supper on the balcony with good friends to a homemade aperitif after a day at the sea. Who will withstand the temptation of a sip of tropical summer season, with all the taste of the prodigious fruit with its scenographic green tuft?

Serve the Piña Colada together with the Caipirinha, for a night loaded with enjoyable!

To prepare the piña colada, very first cut the pineapple in half 1 and after that lengthwise to get the quarter you require 2 (you can utilize the remainder of the pineapple for other fresh preparations like Huli Huli Chicken, Fish Tacos with Pineapple Salsa, ham and pineapple, pineapple and salmon skewers with lemon or shrimp salad in a pineapple). Then make a cut to separate the woody core from the pineapple quarter 3

With a sharp knife different the pineapple pulp from the skin 4 then cut the pulp into thick pieces 5 Transfer the pineapple pulp into the mixer cup 6,

put the coconut milk into the cup 7 then mix whatever up until you get a smooth cream 8 With an unique measuring cup put the white rum into the pineapple and coconut cream 9

Transfer the mixed drink into the serving glass 10 Different the tuft from the pineapple piece you utilized for the mixed drink, and sufficed in half lengthwise 11 Make a cut in the base of the tuft 12

so you can position it on the edge of the glass as a garnish 13 Lastly, include the cherry to finish the decor 14 Your piña colada mixed drink is all set to be delighted in 15!
