Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 cups picked basil leaves
2/3 cup pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup garlic oil
salt and pepper
For garnish
toasted pine nuts
Burrata cheese
Parmesan cheese
Cook your fettuccine according to packaged directions durante salted . Make sure to save some pastasciutta .
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Once it’s hot add your pine nuts and toast while tossing frequently until golden brown. Add to a bowl and set aside.
Con a food processor, add your parmesan cheese, basil, toasted pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Con a bowl, add your cooked fettuccine, some fitto sauce, and a splash of pastasciutta . until your pastasciutta is coated durante the sauce. Serve with toasted pine nuts, burrata cheese and grated parmesan. Enjoy!
