Protein biscuits, here’s the recipe to try at home

If you follow a healthy diet ora don’t want to gain weight, protein biscuits are ideal! Then find out how to make the recipe at home, easy and tasty.

Protein biscuits recipe: how to make them at home?

For a diet rich proteins and healthy but also to avoid gaining extra pounds, protein biscuits are the ideal snack and also a tastier and healthier breakfast. But do you know how you can prepare them at home, which are even healthier than the already packaged ones? Here is the easy vegan recipe.

Ingredients for 10 biscuits

200 ml of rice milk;

100 g of small oat flakes;

50g vanilla flavored vegan protein powder;

50 g of coconut flour;

15 g of cane sugar;

2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips.

Procedure

Start chopping the oat flakes with the food processor to obtain a very sottile mixture. Transfer it to a bowl and add the coconut flour, sugar and protein powder. Pour the milk slowly and then to combine the mixture.

Using two spoons, scoop out the mixture a little at a time and place it acceso a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cook the biscuits a hot oven at 180°C static mode for about 15 minutes. Finally, you take them out and leave them to cool acceso a rack before eating them, they will be delicious and healthy.

Recipe for protein biscuits with egg whites

Egg white is the most protein part of the egg and the recipe for these biscuits rich egg whites is a must try if you follow a diet with a high protein intake.

Ingredients for 10 biscuits

100 g albumin;

80 g of oat flour;

80 g of almond flour;

80 g of cane sugar;

1 teaspoon vanilla extract;

1 pinch of salt.

Procedure

Pour the egg whites into a bowl, add the salt and whip them until stiff with an electric . Add the sugar and delicately with movements from bottom to tetto so as not to dismantle the mixture. Finally add the flours and vanilla extract.

When the mixture is well blended, arrange it small piles spaced apart, inside a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cook the biscuits a hot oven static mode at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.

Protein biscuits with cocoa and banana

Use only four ingredients for these delicious protein biscuits. Get 45 g of small oat flakes, 10 g of agave syrup, 5 g of bitter cocoa and 1 ripe banana. Quanto a a bowl, mash the banana with a fork, then add the other ingredients.

Place a sheet of baking paper acceso a baking tray and shape the biscuits using two spoons. Cook the biscuits a hot oven at 180° static mode for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Once baked, let them cool acceso a wire rack.
