The year of planting is 2007 and the surface complesso is approximately 3.5ha with bilateral Guyot .

The manual harvesting of the grapes ensures a scrupulous selection, with a deliberately low yield to favor aromatic concentration. The must ferments steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the integrity of the varietal aromas. It is followed by aging acceso the yeasts for a few months, a choice that gives the wine complexity and structure. The alcohol content is around 13.5%, balanced by a lively freshness and an incisive minerality.

The result is a wine that perfectly marries tradition and modernity, capable of combining intensity and finesse.

The tasting of this wine is a sensorial journey through Irpinia: the glass it presents an intense straw yellow color tending towards gold, indicative of a maturity that anticipates olfactory and structural complexity.

The olfactory approach reveals a significant stratification. The first impact brings of ripe white pulp fruit, wild flowers, ripe citrus fruits, chestnut honey and a light smoky note followed by Mediterranean references to scrub. The mineral component emerges progressively, accompanied with nuances of dried fruit and hints of lime. The aromatic progression reveals a complexity that develops over time, where each note finds its space without overlapping.

Upon entry into the mouth, it immediately defines a structure of notable specific weight. The acidity presents itself as an architectural element, supporting a complex gustatory progression. The flavor emerges as a natural complement to the structure, defining an uncommon balance of precision.

The gustatory permanence reveals a succession of sensations that the palate with a constant rhythm: from the initial fruit to the minerality, up to a finale that recalls tertiary .
