From 10 to 12 February, the Vini d’Abruzzo Vini Consortium will be among the Italian protagonists of the Wine Paris, one of the most prestigious events acceso the international scene dedicated to the wine sector and the spirits. The event, which will be held sopra the celebration “City of Lights”, will welcome over 4,600 exhibitors from 50 countries and will attract more than 50,000 visitors from 140 nations.
The Consortium will have a dedicated stand (stand D006) which will host 28 cellars ready to present all the novelties of the Abruzzo wine scene. It will be an opportunity to tell even more sopra detail the entry into force – starting from the 2024 harvest – of the “Abruzzo model” with the introduction of the higher mention for the DOP, of the new provincial appellations, and of the only geographical indication Protected – Terre d’Abruzzo IGP. A first fundamental step aimed at strengthening the common identity of regional enology that at the same time goes to enhance the individual territories, making the scale of the values of the different types of wine easily recognizable to consumers.
