Cosimo Capasso the new high altitude cellar

Verona 05 April 2025, has not yet debuted with its wines the wine visuale that this cellar already stands out the most important Italian showcase.

Cosimo Capasso of only 31 years is about to make his debut with a unique and revolutionary project, high altitude international wines Campania.

Acceso the heights of Mount Taburno the ambitious initiative of the young entrepreneur, already known to most for his truck company, promises something unique; a territory entirely cultivated Falanghina and Aglianico, the outcoming project next October 2025 includes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Fermi and a classic method sparkling wine a convegno between territorial identity and French elegance.

With the guide of Pierpaolo Sirch, the new reality aims at the vines grown between 650 and 1,000 meters implanted 2020 and with the first harvest that took place 2023 owned by 10 hectares.

A great high altitude challenge the heart of Campania

The start, however, this year starts from the bottle and Cosimo Capasso brings to preview the exceptional packaging conceived by the Mario Nato da Paolo, among the most authoritative acceso the international scene as a business card of the visionary project.

And they are the elegance and character of the Chardonnay bottle that win the Bronze Prize the White Wine category.

A bottle-symbol with a coherent aesthetic line but with a predominant identity; Materic and refined materials, label relief with the bronze of Hercules with an essential and elegant visual and tactile structure.

The bronze of Hercules pays homage to the legend that binds the hero to Mount Taburno.

It is precisely those places that Ercole brought one of his twelve labors to kill the lion one of the caves of the nearby city, called Mons Herculis/Mons Arculi the current Montesarchio, the cradle of the origin of the young entrepreneur Capasso.

A stile choice that tells the territory and with its lines perfectly reflects the style of the wine: deep, bright, precise, capable of telling the verticality and purity of the altitude.

To attract the attention of the Vinitaly Award jury was the innovative approach with which the cellar chose to tell itself with a powerful call to its origins, the strength of the challenge and the history of a territory.

A prestigious recognition, assigned precisely the context of Vinitaly, the most important Italian event dedicated to wine, which has been able to turn acceso the spotlight acceso a cellar already capable of distinguishing itself for vision, originality and aesthetic consistency. The victory at the Vinitaly Award is not only a symbolic milestone, but the first concrete step the story of a well -defined identity, which starts from the bottle to reach the glass.

These are the words of Cosimo Capasso addressed to us after the recognition: “This is a story that is incredible! 30 of the most important designers the world have rewarded our project to the competition of the most prestigious packaging stile Italy. For me this victory represents a departure, not an arrival! A motivation to push and believe more and more this ambitious project”

And now all that remains is to wait anxiously the tasting of the content of this exceptional bottle that we are sure will not disappoint expectations …
