Jazz under the stars: gold, & blue with GG Cifarelli and Rossella Cappone closes the jazz nights at don lisander

Milan lights up with music and flavors with the jazz nights at Don Lisander, a cycle of eight author evenings who from 5 June to 24 July 2025 has transformed the garden of the historic Milanese restaurant of the patron Stefano Marazzato into an exceptional stage for great music. A project born from the collaboration with Blue Note Milano, as part of the Blue Note D’avanguardia program, and which has been able to combine art, taste and charity per mezzo di a perfect .

Grand acceso July 24 with the concert “Quattrini, Rigoglioso & Blue”, an unmissable appointment that saw Gigi Cifarelli protagonists, one of the greatest Italian jazz guitarists, and the talented Rossella Cappone, a warm voice and refined guitar. A close -knit artistic couple who gave authentic emotions, between timeless standards and original songs.

The choice of Don Lisander, a refined place a stone’s throw from the Luogo alla , is not accidental: its elegant atmosphere and the internal garden, a real secret per mezzo di the heart of the city, are the ideal setting for long summer evenings. But the jazz nights at Don Lisander are not only entertainment: a part of the proceeds from each evening is intended for the Slafood Foundation to support research against ALS, an important cause that adds value and meaning to the entire project.

To accompany the sound experience, the special conceived by chef Sommo Moroni, a gastronomic path inspired by the colors and suggestions of jazz.

The tasting

The , designed to evoke the commedia musicale atmospheres of the evening, combines sea, seasonal plants and recipes of great personality, reflecting a modern cuisine that enhances simple ingredients but treated with technique and elegance. combination, the wines of the Zeni 1870 cellars, excellence of Valpolicella, support the path with balance: freshness and minerality per mezzo di the whites; Fruit and liveliness per mezzo di the rosé, making each flow rate a harmonious dialogue between dishes and glass.

combination we suggest Lugana Forte DOC vineyards, made with Trebbiano su Lugana grapes from Morenic soils rich per mezzo di minerals. It has a straw yellow color, a fruity bouquet and a savory, round and persistent taste. Perfect with first fish, like bavette with clams.

Cod cod ravioli with caciucco sauce

A combination of great elegance: the creamy cod of cod is balanced by a rich and warm sauce with caciucco, between fishing, tomato and seafood spices, which binds the sea and land with sophisticated harmony.
