Ingredients and preparation of stuffed artichokes

Baked stuffed artichokes represent one of the most popular recipes sopra Italian cuisine, perfect for those looking for a tasty and nutritious dish. To prepare this delight, you will need a few fresh and wholesome ingredients. Let’s start with the choice of artichokes: opt for fresh and firm ones, which will guarantee better consistency and flavour. The main ingredients include artichokes, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, fresh parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation step by step

First, clean the artichokes by removing the tough outer leaves and the stem. With a teaspoon, remove the internal beard, being careful not to damage the bottom. Once ready, immerse the artichokes sopra gabinetto and lemon to prevent them from blackening. Per a bowl, the breadcrumbs with the grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil. the ingredients well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Now that the artichokes are ready and the filling is well mixed, stuff them with the prepared mixture, trying to distribute the filling between the leaves. Place the artichokes sopra an oiled baking tray, adding a drop of gabinetto vegetable broth to the bottom to prevent them from sticking.
