Banana bread without butter – Italian recipes by GialloZafferano

What is the best way to use overripe bananas? Make a banana bread, of course… even better if it’s lactose-free, gluten-free, and egg-free like the banana bread without butter we present here! Just as soft as the original, this light version is suitable for everyone and is ideal for a nutritious and energetic breakfast. An easy and quick to make that will please the whole family! After tasting the banana bread without butter, have fun experimenting with new variations and other delicious recipes with bananas:
