Today we provide you a timeless dish from Calabrian food, exceptional to give the table on Sunday or throughout an enjoyable supper with buddies: sausage with baked potatoes, seasoned with garlic and fresh rosemary. Really basic to prepare, considerable and sure to be a success: you will discover it difficult to withstand!

Components

1 kg of yellow-fleshed potatoes;
300 g of Calabrian sausage;
1 sprig of rosemary;
2 garlic cloves; to taste additional virgin olive oil; salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them with a potato peeler and cut them into cubes, then put them in a bowl with additional virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer the potatoes into a baking meal and uniformly disperse the rosemary and sliced up garlic. Include the Calabrian sausage and bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
