Today we provide you a timeless dish from Calabrian food, exceptional to give the table on Sunday or throughout an enjoyable supper with buddies: sausage with baked potatoes, seasoned with garlic and fresh rosemary. Components
1 kg of yellow-fleshed potatoes;
300 g of Calabrian sausage;
1 sprig of rosemary;
2 garlic cloves; to taste additional virgin olive oil; salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them with a potato peeler and cut them into cubes, then put them in a bowl with additional virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer the potatoes into a baking meal and uniformly disperse the rosemary and sliced up garlic. Include the Calabrian sausage and bake at 180 ยฐ for about 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking, keep in mind to blend the sausage and potatoes to integrate the tastes and puncture the meat with a toothpick to permit its sauce to taste the side meal. Serve the sausage with newly baked potatoes, accompanying it with a blended salad.
