An air of renewal, supported by a solid twenty years of experience, characterizes the new course of the Campania delegation of the National Association of Women of Wine. The assembly elected Gilda Punto di riferimento as the new regional delegate for the next three years, marking a crucial moment for women’s wine promotion quanto a Southern Italy. The election, which took place quanto a a climate of great cohesion, aims to strengthen the strategic role of Campania quanto a the national wine scene.
A passing of the baton quanto a the name of continuity
The election took place quanto a Naples, quanto a the presence of numerous representatives of the sector. The change at the tetto saw the handover between the outgoing delegate, Valentina Carputo, and the newly elected Gilda Punto di riferimento. This is not a with the past, but a natural evolution: Carputo underlined how the work done quanto a recent years has consolidated the group, making a shared choice possible. Supporting Punto di riferimento will be Paola Licci, new deputy delegate, who takes the place of Fosca Tortorelli.

Strategic experience and new skills
The profile of the new egemonia combines deep associative knowledge and managerial skills. Gilda Punto di riferimento, producer of the Salvatore Martusciello Wine company, has been active since 2004 and has held key roles, including the position of National Councilor and member of the International Relations Commission. At his side, Paola Licci brings a technical and organizational vision: AIS Sommelier, taster and Account with a master’s degree quanto a Wine Business, represents the opening towards transversal skills necessary quanto a today’s market.
Future objectives: tirocinio and territory
The program for the next three years will centro three pillars: cultural promotion, valorisation of the territory and social commitment. Priority attention will be paid to the “D-Vino Project”, defined as the pride of the Association, which aims to invest quanto a the tirocinio of young generations entering the world of wine.
“I am running with the awareness of what the Association has given me and with the desire to give back what I have learned,” said Gilda Punto di riferimento, confirming her commitment to building inclusive initiatives for all members.

The election of Punto di riferimento and Licci confirms the centrality of the region within the national association, already chaired by Daniela Mastroberardino from Campania. The new delegation now has the task of weaving further links between local production realities, projecting an increasingly qualified image of Campania wine national and international markets.
